WPT Adds Stop In Spain, Set To Film 100th Episode

This week, World Poker Tour Enterprises announced an agreement with Grup Peralada, the largest casino operator in Spain. Casino Barcelona will host a WPT tournament this October. The event will be filmed as part of the show's sixth season.
WPT's fifth season concludes next week at Bellagio in Las Vegas with the $25,000 World Poker Tour Championship. The tournament will mark the 100th filming of a WPT episode. In last year's tournament, Joe Bartholdi bested a field of 605 players to win $3.7 million.
